Did you know that research into trust and personal brands showed that having a regular blog positioned you with the same level of trust, authority and respect as having a No.1 New York Times bestselling book!
Amazing really, something as simple as writing a blog and sending to your email list can be so powerful for your credibility and therefore your business and future opportunities.
Combine that with the fact that the MOST valuable asset of your business, regardless of sector, is your email list. Then I can’t say much more than, how are you maximising your email list?
As a chiropractor you provide such incredible value to your patients with your adjustments and you really do change their lives, however, in the modern climate, if you do not continue to add extra value, benefit and service you run the risk of failure.
Conversely if you give Value Added then you will thrive.
My number one tip to add value to your patients is in education. Teach them how they can maximise their adjustments and improve their health. After all the reason you are a doctor is to teach, the Latin translation of ‘doctor’ literally means teacher…
The simple thing to do and start today is writing to your patients, through email, every week. Yes, every week! You need to position yourself as the go to person, the knowledge hub when it comes to health. The content does not need to be ground-breaking but it needs to be relevant, new and well written.
You might be thinking this is a lot of hard work, well it can be but you can increase the efficiency of that work by repurposing the content onto your social media too.
Simply take snippets form your weekly blog and post them on your socials every day to constantly engage your audience.
And a reminder why this is so important? Because people buy from those they like and trust. Showing up on a regular basis and providing great content simply builds likability and trust.
So my task for you this week is simple.
Write your first blog and send it to your list.
