You need to hear this.
You are a chiropractor, you care, and you change lives every day. Stop and think about it for a minute… how remarkable is the work that you do?
I want you to know that no matter where you are in your journey through practice, be it a new grad or a seasoned chiropractor. You matter.
No chiropractor should be struggling and especially not you, why? Because you are reading this, because you know you are meant for more, because you are driven to become better and serve more people. As a result you should live an abundant life, full of time, relationships and finances in abundance. It is a simple exchange of energy, you give so much and you therefore shall receive it.
This week I wanted to highlight, by way of demonstration, a couple of cases that came in this week. My aim for doing so is to get you to think about what you are doing, the remarkable impact you are having. To show you that you already do great work and to build on that to become successful as you should be.
Here are my favourite 3 cases form this week:
1. Its you or the box of pills (the whole box, an overdose).
I had a wife call me in distress a week ago, she had heard me speak at a conference a few years ago. Her husband was in agony, pain in both legs, he had not slept nor eaten in weeks. The doctor would not prescribe pain killers as he was suicidal with the pain.
Nervous as his spine was a literal car crash, I trusted what I do and his body’s ability to heal. After his first adjustment, he slept the night, and a smile returns. His wife emailed to thank me for saving his life.
2. Still wetting the bed.
I have the honour to take care of the 13 year old daughter of a patient of mine, who upon learning about chiropractic put two and two together and asked if I could help her daughters bed wetting.
She is now under care and seeing great change.
3. 93 years the difference.
I work in an open plan environment and in the middle of my adjusting set yesterday I had the most beautiful experience. I adjusted a few week old baby who’s mother I have been taking care of for years, the next patient right after was a 93 year old woman. The privilege to take care of all ages especially so young and old is such a heart warmer for me.
These simple cases are not rare, nor extravagant, they are a true example of the amazing difference you make in your practice on a daily basis.
STOP.
Think about all the wonderful people and experiences you have had in practice so far this year?
Quite amazing right?
Remember, you are incredible, the world needs you. Go show up for those people, hold these thoughts in your heart and see them come to you!
With love
Tom
