Choose your hard.

Nothing in life is easy, and I mean nothing. Really, when you think about it, everything comes with some level of discomfort, we just choose to put our blinkers on a lot of the time.

For example, you may say working less hours is easy, but when it comes to paying bills and feelings of self-worth, are they easy?
You may say sitting on the sofa and watching Netflix with ice cream is easier than working out. But is it easy to look at your body and not feel discouraged by what you see?

At the end of the day, no matter what your frame of reference, everything comes with its challenges and if you want to achieve more with your life, your practice, and your legacy. It is going to require getting a little uncomfortable.

The first uncomfortable thing that needs to happen is a decision. Choosing what you want? What is it that you want out of life, are you happy where you are, or are you looking for something a little more?

The reason this is a hard decision for most people is because they know they will need to get uncomfortable in the process of change and on the journey to achieving this goal.

So, once you have decided where you are heading, ask yourself, are the actions I am taking now, is there person I am showing up as currently, am I really the person who is capable of getting me to that new goal?

And guess what, the answer is NO.

You are not capable of getting to your next goal. If it is a goal to be better, do, and become more. Because if you were, you would already be at that goal now.

You see success is all about continuing to improve yourself, so you can continue to level up and do more.

This week my question to you is, are you really the person you need to be to achieve your goals?

Do you need to commit, do you need to finish what you started, do you need to work on your health and fitness?

Where can you start today, and what can you commit to over the coming months, that will change you, improve you and increase your chances of reaching the goals you want?

With love,

Tom
