How to get more New Patients – the simplest hack of them all.

“Give and you shall receive” is one of the truest statements ever written. You see it seems obvious that if I give more, I will get more. But what is the common default of many chiropractors and indeed many businesses?

How can I GET more customers!

This notion of trying to ‘get’ is one that falls short. If we take the sales world for example, it is known that 95% of cold calls end as NO purchase.
However, 95% of people who call you, make the buying purchase.

How do we integrate this into chiropractic? We need to get people to call us, instead of us constantly trying to call or sell care to those not looking. Such events as screenings or Facebook offers and winning solely on price, or for a better term, selling your soul on price!

So here is the answer, if you want more New Patients then you need to give more. Giving is done through consistently providing value to your audience.

Here are my Top 3 tips to receiving more New Patients:

1.       Give Value
Think about your audience, their needs, their wants, their problems, and ultimately their reason to see you. Make content so valuable to them that they see you as the expert and want to see YOU when they need that help.
Now you might say, if I solve their problems with value, why would they come and see me? Well, the law of reciprocity ensures that eventually they will ‘return the favour’ and see you.
I’m sure you’ve attended someone’s course, learned all you needed, but still brought the book?
So whether its back pain, sciatica, pregnancy pain or birth trauma. Whatever your patients see you for, start giving valuable information to solve those issues today.

This can be through Facebook videos, Instagram reels, blogs, or talks.

2.       Consistency
This is how you compound point one. What does consistency mean? Well, if you really want to stand out, it means daily! Yes, daily content to help your audience, the easiest way to do this is to create a weekly blog and take content from that to pass onto your social media channels.

3.       Repeat
Don’t stop. This process can take months or years to master, but once done, you have no fears about new custom, you have a dramatically reduced marketing bill, and a trust and respect from your community that can open many doors.

With love,

Tom
