Time to start reflecting.

So how was this year?

It will soon be time to set your goals for next year, but before we do, let’s take a look back.

It is time to brag! Go on, let yourself know how good you are. I mean so often we say we’re not

doing enough or so far away from our goals, but truth be told, you are often a lot closer than you

care to realise.

The most important thing about preparing for next year is to reflect on this one.

So, think about it, take a minute now to consider what great things you have achieved this year. This

could be relationship, finances, family, or business. Just list out all the great stuff you did this year

and give yourself a big pat on the back, and a well done!

The next step is to consider what did not go so well? Where did you struggle and what did you fail

on? Sometimes a harder consideration but equally valuable.

Then I want you to think what you should have done this year, and what you promise NOT to do

again.

These four questions become the basis of your plans and growth next year. Just as important as your

planning and goal setting is this reflection. Learn from you wins and failures.

Those 4 questions again:

1. How did you do GREAT this year?

2. What did you FAIL at?

3. What do you wish you SHOULD have done?

4. What will you do NEVER again?

Now as you plan 2024, have the self-integrity to compound your wins, learn from your failures. Do

the things you want to and say no to those you do not.

With love,

Tom
