What it takes to run a thriving practice.
Have you ever wanted a practice that just runs? I mean, you don’t need to put too much effort in, people commit to care, your team are on board with the message, and you have ample new patients to grow and thrive?
Of course, we all want that, more success, more people getting well, better results, more money, and more time… Sounds too good to be true?
Maybe?
But honestly, if we really think about it, it is not that hard. Essentially what you are looking for is a whole bunch of ‘lifetime patients’ who commit from day one.
Patients who come in knowing what chiropractic is, what you offer, who get results, and who stay for a lifetime.
It is possible for you and here is how. You only need to focus on three key areas to make this happen.
1. Communication
2. Adjusting Skill
3. Retention
Communication
This is how you speak to your patients and the public, everything from the message you deliver in your marketing to the words, language and journey your patient goes on through care. It all needs to be in sync and purposeful to the end that they embrace lifetime care.
Adjusting Skill
Do you get results? Quite simply, will those who choose to take your service get the results they expect, will their needs be met and exceeded. So that they build that trust with you and refer other lifetime patients your way.
Retention
How do you keep them once you’ve solved their problem? A nurture process is key, a systematised but personal service that engages and keeps patients for a lifetime.
All of these seem simple, and they are. But they take a lot of work, and therefore I am going to encourage you to stick around over the next three weeks as I showcase each topic at a time to help you have a thriving lifetime practice.
With love,
Tom
