Where on earth are you going?
You’ve heard this before but when did you last take some real action on it, when did you last STOP and think about the direction of your life.
And, I am sure you have done this for business or career, but when did you last do it for you? That is what I want to discuss today.
You see, only you can run your race and we are all going to win our race one day in some way. And as you raise your spirit out of your body and look back on your life, what will you think?
Did you achieve all you wanted, or did you sell out too soon?
Did you live in a body that was fit and capable of more and lived in bliss?
Did you spend time with the people you loved, connected and engaged?
Or did you chase blindly from day to day, waiting for the day that never came?
So, this week I want you to think about where you are heading, I want you to consider three key areas and ask yourself a very simple question; “what do I want?”
Really and honestly without judgment of possibility or availability, however out of reach it may seem, just sit for a minute and dream.
1. What do I want for my body?
Physically, how you feel, the energy you have the skin you have, how you look. What do you really want?
2. What do you want for your relationships?
The people you spend time with, your family. What do you want in terms of time, conversation, commitment, engagement?
3. What do you want for your inner peace?
Are you prioritising yourself, your harmony, your rest. Are you taking that selfish time to be and to connect?
What do you want?
Life will pass by, quicker and quicker. Quit living someone else’s expectations, quit making excuses for your lack of or inadequacies, start making commitments to you and deposits in your health, happiness and wellbeing.
